Upon arrival, you're greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, setting the tone for a relaxed stay. The outdoor swimming pool is a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring, and the garden area provides a peaceful escape to enjoy a good book or simply soak in the sun. I stayed in a private room that, while simpler, offered a spacious layout with a comfortable bed and a great shower-definitely a highlight! The shared kitchen is a well-equipped space, making it easy to prepare meals and meet fellow travelers. What truly elevates Negrita is the attentive staff, especially owner Camillo, who enriches the experience with local insights and recommendations. While La Barra offers a more laid-back vibe, you're just a short bus ride from the bustling Punta del Este. If you're looking for an experience that combines comfort with financial wisdom, Negrita is worth considering.
